Story

We are a family owned and operated business which is focussed around asbestos surveying, consulting and air monitoring - along with bigger construction and demolition projects - and our local bin business.

Founder John Kendall has been in the industry for over forty years, and has shared his knowledge and experience with his children to carry out a our business under an industry our Comex family cares about.

Over the years, John has worked on various projects, including running the demolition of the Grand Chancellor building in Christchurch, New Zealand.

We work to ensure the job gets done how you want it, when you want it - at an affordable price.

A lot of our projects have been in the surveying of homes. We can come and take a look at the house, take a few small samples and based on the results and whether or not these samples come back as contaminated or not, we can help and advise you on how to proceed.
