Our standard commission is 2.95% on the first $390,000 and 1.95% thereafter plus a $500 admin fee. We give a 10% discount on total commission for Vendors with a Gold card

Story

With the new Diploma in Real Estate, which is the highest of the 3 licensing categories, my dream came true to open Mangawhai’s first locally owned and operated Agency with my partner in life, Colin Foster.

We are locals after all. Selling Real Estate is my passion and I work restless to achieve a win/win outcome for my clients and customers alike. Going the extra mile to exceed expectations is my daily philosophy.
Being a real people person has made doing business with my clients a fun experience and once we meet you will find me easy to get along with. I keep in touch and provide you with feedback and advice from

Previously, I have been a computer programmer for many years developing interactive web applications and marketing them for maximum exposure. This gives us quite an edge when it comes to online marketing. My marketing plans are very cost effective as I do not believe much in very expensive one day paper ads. The internet provides us with a worldwide reach and low cost marketing. I am happy to discuss all the options with you and put together an effective package that suits any budget.
