A collaborative boutique brewery where three nations collide to create great beer.

Story

Three individuals all originating from different countries Bavaria, England and New Zealand.

Bavaria and England are both traditional brewing nations with a lot of history and New Zealand is now at the forefront of the craft brewing revolution.

Colab brings the traditional and the modern together to create a great recipe.

The Bavarian, growing up in a brewery, is a qualified Master Brewer with a two generation brewing background bringing all of that experience and tradition to Colab Brewing.

The Kiwi, a typical young bloke is a keen, eager brewer who loves Hoppy Pale Ales and the craft brew scene. Simple as that.

The Englishman, a very keen home brewer and a people person who loves to entertain.

The three of us combined bring the best of traditional and new school brewing together.
