Dropped in with a puncture on the 8 wheeler truck. Prompt service to get us on the road again as we were on a tight schedule for the Waiheke ferry.
Thanks for the service. Nice and tidy waiting area, with free coffee and tv. You can also see your car from the waiting room. However, dispite all the good things, I've got billed $20 more than quoted, the receptionist said my car is a 4x4, therefore higher price. First my car isn't a 4x4, second you have asked about my car while booking, third, you can inform me b4 the job started , not until it's all done and ripped me off. So unprofessional, unfriendly without apology, not listen to your customer. Totally not recommended.
Worst service ever received from a tyre shop. Went there to get fitting and wheel alignment done on saturday after purchasing tyres Online from Hyper Drive. When I left the store after getting everything done, the car was aggressively steering to the right. Went back again and told the guy Mark about that and he blatantly refused to even look at it saying he just did the fitting and I need to call Hyper Drive as their tyre might be faulty. Called Hyper and booked in for monday morning to have a look. Meanwhile I checked the tyre pressure and was shocked to see 45 on one side and 34 on the other. Went to hyper on Monday and they were shocked to see the wheel alignment as well. They did the Wheel Alignment again and its perfectly fine. That guy Mark needs to learn customer service and needs more training to work in the tyre shop or any mechanical work for instance.
Prefect service. They get it right all the time. P.S. the tea-coffee facility is always a refreshing experience while awaiting services.
Great place, purchase all my tyres from here and have fantastic after service support too.
Serviced by Ralph early this year, super friendly and got best price on the Goodyear tires for my Audi Allroad and my wife's car. Best tire shop!
