If u r traveling towards Timaru from Ashburton, this is before the 70km/h zone. It has got free onsite parking by the building in an allocated space. If not, always on street parking is an option. Outside seating are available. Coffee, tea, pastry, cakes etc are available. To customer toilets u will have to access from outside. Customer service was good and the food too was good enough. As their name on the building doesn't highlight itself as that is not a contrasting colour against the building colour, watch out for a ash coloured cup of tea on a white circle. Parking: Free onsite parking by the building. If full, then street parking is available.
Great service but the quality of food was the worst I've ever had , to be honest I feel like a homeless shelter makes better food
Food is simple but good. I always take a break here whenever i travel south. I always sit outside because i usually travel with my dog.Food: 4/5
Service good. Food presentation looked great. They let themselves down with the sausage roll I had. The pastry was too hard. And yes I would still go back there.

Tidy cafe with quick service conveniently located on SH1 in Tinwald. Coffee, tea, cold drinks and cooked breakfast, opens early. Parking on both sides of the road and a side street.

Cafe on main road. Easy parking northbound for a motorhome. Great coffee and their baking was good too.
Fantastic service, excellent coffee and lovely food. A very well run cafe; it runs like a well oiled machine.
