Lovely, busy little coffee shop. The staff are friendly & helpful. Nice choice of food on offer whether you just want a snack or a main meal. Great coffee every time & the place is always clean, nice & fresh looking. Free parking for 2 hours!
Super friendly little coffee shop, which provides a very nice full English breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff are helpful and attentive. I asked for water instead of a hot drink and this was brought to my table. There was a little problem with the water, but the staff immediately brought me a fresh glass, which was quickly followed by my most enjoyable breakfast. I did not feel rushed to leave and spent some time relaxing after having ate. Customer toilets are also avalible.
First time here! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. I had a breakfast absolutely gorgeous, flat white coffee was great as well. Will definitely be returning!
Great breakfast. My husband and I treat ourselves every Wednesday. Cooked when ordered so is fresh and hot. Lovely friendly service, also the best hot chocolate in town.
I'm told as well as the decent food and prices, it is great for older people and wheelchair users due to having space to move around.
Having lived in Spain for the last 10 years, I despaired of finding anywhere in Exeter that could meet my expectations of quality, service, price and cleanliness. Then I found the Coffee Cup, in the corner of a small shopping precinct just off Cowick Street in the St Thomas area. My first impression was about how clean the place looked and felt. My wife, son and I were greeted with open and friendly smiles, served quickly with excellent coffee a pot of tea for my son and made to feel welcome and valued. The total cost of between £5.00 and £6.00 I thought was very good value. Keep up the good work guys, you are doing great. Dave
