Coffee Bean Cafe

Most frustrating staff they have, uneducated Indians they have hired to serve people queries. Don’t even know what customer has asked for and what they have served.when I called them back about my order then a lady that work in night shift started telling me that she haven’t warm the pineapple and cheese toastie because it would get hard. Even though I have mentioned that I want warm.

The best pie. Bit expensive at $6.80 but its worth it. The taste is outta this world Food: 5/5

Just had the rudest customer service experience in recent memory from KAELA here. If she's the manager, God help the owners. She couldn't crack a smile if it was the last thing she did and rudely gave me orders. I tried to be helpful but she was having none of it and still didn't warm. The other staff were lovely and deserve KAELA'S job. Poor buggers!

This is my favourite Wild Bean cafe and I have been coming here regularly fir the past 6 years to have a coffee on the way to work! The staff are friendly and very helpful I only wish the BP Me app was as great as the cafe and staff!!

The coffee was Cold and less in taste
