Went in for a repair as one of my nails had broken off. The staff did a ok job in getting as close as they could to the original as I had them done in another city. A little bit of communication barrier but got through it. Cheap cost so was great for my wallet. Beautiful and relaxing shop.

Went to get my nails done to treat myself before a wedding. What a mistake! I asked for acrylic extensions and got gel. They started coming off within 3 days. Ended up having to get them redone in Auckland as I was away for work. They completely recked my nails over filed the nail plate, didn't even bother pushing back my cuticles or cleaning under my natural nail.

The girls are very accommodating. They follow a very high standard.Have recommended 4 of my friends to go to Coco Banana. People always comment on my lovely nails.

Got a manicure done which ended up being a cut and gel polish, no soaking or massage. It was rushed, the edges were jagged and they did not paint back to my cuticles so it looked grown out the moment I left. Questionable sanitization standards, saw single use items being reused flipping a pad over for another person's pedicure as well as certain tools used without being cleaned between clients.

Had booked an appointment for 12pm, sat there till 12:45 and still hadn’t even given me colour choices, I had to be back at work at 1pm so got up and left. Not impressed, massive waste of time.Service: Manicure

Wow where do I start with this place. Lady who did my nails was rude, hardly spoke so not sure if she understood what I asked for. Asked for a manicure, did not get a manicure, don't what you would call it. She removed my previous colour, trimmed a little bit of skin around the nails, roughly shaped my nails, then painted them so rough. I already have a gap between nail polish & nails & its only been 2 days. Polish doesn't They were so bad my nails were getting caught on every little thing. I also asked if she could put an extra coat on my nails, she ignored me. I asked again and said that I am happy to pay for an extra coat. Ignored me again. I see that they slashed their prices from $50 to $35. Tbh I didn't even want to pay that. Won't be going back there again. Terrible place and waste of money. Already planning on when I can get this set re-done.Service: Manicure

Went there today to get my nails done and i really had a bad experience the staffs were rushing everything, not friendly and not doing their job good

I just had an appointment with them and I’m highly disappointed. First with the pedicure I had booked for that but that was not the service you had started with. Then with the colour it isn’t the correct. Then with my nails I found the nail technician to be extremely rough and rude she did not speak to me once. And with the over all finish of my nails are not what I asked for, they look unfinished and untidy. I am not overly impressed. They were recommended by a friend but I will not be back. The lamp to dry my nails was extremely painful as it felt like it was burning me. I am extremely disappointed in this service Both lady’s were not very welcoming or polite they didn’t speak to me and only to each other.
