I did the Falls tour and it was fantastic. Chad was very professional, friendly, and patient. He also knew a lot about the birds we spotted along the river as well as the history of the area. I had a great time, I'm glad I did it. The girl that welcomed me was also really nice.
The kayak adventure was really great and the guide was so funny, he made jokes all the time. I strongly recommend this company!
We turned up without a booking or anything in peak season + cruise ship in town but staff said it was no trouble and we were able to hire 2 kayaks and a paddle board. For the hire, they were great a providing a flexible hire option where we paid on our return for however long we were out for. Staff were also generous to round down to the nearest billing period! We were also provided a map which was really helpful. A great way to explore the area!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. One in particular tries to be funny and sometimes succeeds. We did the free roam full day and explored some of the islands and enjoyed it so much it inspired me to buy my own double kayak for the mrs and I as soon as I got back from our trip. Definitely recommend.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They didn't charge us anything until we completed our trip. And we were out for a long time.. It is slightly out of the way from the city center but totally worth the walk

We had so much fun on this kayaking trip! We were visiting for our honeymoon and really enjoyed seeing the ocean and the island this way. We did the ocean kayak with snorkel. Our guide was hilarious and everyone was so nice. They even helped us find and park our car on a very busy day! They provided everything from sunscreen, life vests, a safe place for our stuff, photos, snorkel gear, snacks and even squirt guns and fun toys to play with! We highly recommend Coastal Kayakers if you're a beginner or an expert! You will have a great time!
