Can’t even be bothered to send out a quote on how much it would cost to repair an appliance. Absolutely pathetic. Couldn’t even tell us/show us how much the part we need would cost. We were given a verbal estimate of a repair but he was too lazy to send out an actual price estimate of the part and repair itself. Wouldn’t even given us the option to just buy the part off him if need be.
Gregg was so helpful yesterday when fixing the dish and also extended the cable so that the tv could be shifted to it's new place in the lounge
Rang concerning washing machine not spinning out. Lovely guy , came out pumped out machine, checked the drain, solved the problem. Reasonable price to sort out problem..
On the 19 April 2022 I rang this business under the advice of the company that supplies my appliance that needed attention. Upon mentioning I was a low income earner and need a quote I was made to feel discriminate against and he didn't want to know. After explaining that I had been pre-approved all I needed was the quote he agreed to come and look booking an appointment for 830am 21 April 2022. The 21st came around after a very bad night of heavy rain creating flooding in one town and slips blocking another road, stopping him from coming out. However in saying this I rang him to let him know only to have him respond 'yeah I know', I asked if he would like to make another appointment which he reluctantly agreed for same day following week. This day to came around and I'm still waiting. No phone call to explain why. He can't even use COVID as an excuse as we saw him driving around town the day after he was ment to look at my appliance. Ended up buying a new appliance costing family $800. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
After relocating in Greymouth since 7 years, whenever I am facing any domestic appliances repairing problem, I only trust Coastal electronics Greymouth. Lots of time I depends on them for my washing machine repairing or tv repairing and till now I can not get any fault on their services, the workers are also very tender and friendly.
