Worse doctor practice ever, the GP multiple lied to me for over a whole year while happily taking my money before I made a call to where I was waiting for a referral to only find out the GP never sent it and been saying the whole time they was waiting to hear back from them but they never got a letter from them in the first place. Thank you for making me feel like I'm just a waste of space and time.
Everytime we try to book to bring our son in, it's always such terrible experience. You can't get appointments to see doctor until days away and every male doctor I have dealt with have not be warm or welcoming. Honestly feel that this medical center needs to sort it out and make things work for the public. If you're more than 5 minutes late to an appointment with a very sick baby the doctor refuses to see you. It's a terrible medical centre that needs serious attention. Very sad that this is the level we have to put up with in Mangawhai.
Unhygienic, dirty, really rude staff & a very assuming Male doctor. Have been mis-diognosed x3 & ended up paying more to go to another clinic. Have now changed doctors that are a 45 minute drive away for 100x better service, attention & professionalism.nnWould not recommend this place.
Visited today as a support person for an elderly patient and spoke with a receptionistnapologies did get name The issue was very delicate and required discretion. The response was both professional and extremely helpful. Thankyou for the understanding way in which you responded - very much appreciated.
The entire coast to coast organisation is an absolute shambles.nNo follow up, only 10 minute phone call appointments available, different doctor every time.nNot one knew that I had brain surgery only a year ago.nClueless with absolutely no guidance and support
