Internet is good but the amount of times there is shortage and how long it takes to fix it makes the price not worth it. Have a better system in place for any situation. And make sure it work. Test it. Don't just say you have system in place for emergencies...
Expensive service that has been wholly unreliable with internet and router issues daily, sometimes multiple times per day. Replaced router 3 times in the first 12 months here and issue still persists daily.
To high of prices because of the retirement and a resort community. $124.90 to get internet that works every day, I don't think this is a great deal, but only option in town. So they price gouge their customers.
Anytime a mouse sneezes, we lose WiFi signal. Count on several sneezing fits daily. *edit: I will state that we’ve been a customer since 2014. Why? There’s NO other option. Horrible monopoly keeps Comcast out. They do not deserve the one star I’m forced to give them to post this review. I’ll give them five of these though:
In the past 6 years this cable company has given us great service; coming out quickly whenever there was a problem, or simply solving the problem while working with us over the phone. During the first years of the pandemic they gave great discounts and waived limits when we had to work from home. The office staff are very helpful in selecting the plan needed and willing to discuss any changes necessary. Thanks, Coast Communications!
We have been working with Coast Communications for the last two years, during our new home construction. We have had wonderful customer service and follow through with each interaction. Special shout-out and gratitude to Betsy and Tommi for outstanding customer service.
No Mariners Root Sports for 5 yrs! If they REALLY cared about customers, they would listen to them, instead of CHEAP excuses or to get FUBO, lol.
The internet will turn off for many hours a day, sometimes for up to four a day.
I have a current internet issue and it is off, I’ve been calling all morning but a local person won’t be there until Monday am. Seems like they should have some service or local representatives to help over the weekend. **update** they have someone who helps over the weekend and was able to get inter back up, I emailed them and they responded
I have read the reviews and did not experience the same service issues noted. Denise was proactive and VERY helpful along the whole way. We were closing on a home and needed to make sure we did not have a break in service...it was because of her proactive work, it was a great success. When the technician was meant to be there, he showed up and was very friendly and FAST. I have no complaints at all and thank them for their help.
