COAST ACADEMY SILVERDALE - Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Kickboxing

I have been going to Coast Academy for around 7 years now and it’s been great. Coast Academy is one big family. The coaches here take time with each student to make sure they know exactly what they are doing. The atmosphere here at this gym is so great as well, everyone is so kind, caring, supportive and helpful. The people who are part of this gym are so respectful and kind and willing to help if needed. I am proud to call Coast Academy second home.

I love being a part of this academy. Matt and Jaden are passionate, professional, attentive, caring and knowledgable. They have created an awesome gym culture, and it is embodied in all the coaches I've been taught by here. It is also reflected in the members who as far as i've seen in five months are respectful, generous and encouraging. Thanks team

Attended Coast Academy's female only self defence course. It was extremely informative. The instructors were great at explaining/showing the techniques and I learnt a lot from the course. Would highly recommend Matt and his team! Thanks guys.

Outstanding women's self defence class, expert advice, highly practical sessions, safe space for women to learn. Loved it and fully recommend it to all women; sisters, mothers, aunties. These people know their stuff.
