A shame.nnI arrived at 17:50 closing time 18:00 on saturday 29/3/2026 and they refuse to assist me : “we are sorry but we close at 18:00 and we will not have time to take care of you. If you go to Dunedin… “nnI tried to insist because I have been suffering a backache for two days and the pain was getting worse We are visiting NZ in Campervan but they did refuse to assist.nShame on them.
Seriously if your in need of good quality medical care in clutha region you'd be better off going to the vet's.
My daughter broke her toe and was told over the phone to fix it myself with some tape so took her to gore hospital and 3 xrays later and 2 doctors resetting it she was all sorted....seriously don't know how I was ment to do that myself clutha first??
Friendly staff, warm waiting area, just a pleasant place to be when you need to visit your doctor.
Get an appointment at Clutha vets instead!! Much more reliable!
