It was a good gym for the duration of time I spent in Kaitaia, But did you know, to cancel your membership, there is a 10 day notice period, meaning to cancel, you’ll have to pay an extra $46.60 as the lady quoted me and after that, you’ll have to continue paying the $16 even if you aren’t actually there, to contribute towards the end of the membership. Which I think, is super unfair as they did not explain this during the signing up process. Also to add, there was a $10 fee to put my account on hold as my Father passed away, so, I have to deal with all of this financial burden, along with personal problems. I feel as though they’re extremely money hungry and will do anything to gain a dollar, rather than explaining from the start the process instead of misleading titles, such as “Yes you can put your account on hold” without explaining.
I was in Kaitaia for a week , needed a gym to train and found this amazing facility. Owner was very polite and respectful. Gym was perfect as they have a condition area and a weight training room. Thank you team for having me
Very well equipped. All machines that are necessary. The main highlight is how well equipped it is. It has so many different barbell types, elastic bands, great range of dumbells, kettle bells, and plates. The freeweights area is slightly run down, which is good I'm a way because it allows you to not worry about dropping weights. There is a area that serves shakes and preworkout variations There is also a sauna that is pay for use. Overall, a great gym for anyone who wants to get a good workout in kaitaia Update: Terrible hours Closed on Sunday and only open in the morning on Saturday.
Clean and tidy gym. Good range of equipment - free weights, machines, cardio and functional fitness area. All the standard things you'd expect plus some interesting extras and everything is kept in good working order. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice atmosphere. Memberships and drop in sessions are cheap

Back in town after a yr abroad and have Club Physical to get back into shape. Great to see amazing body transformations from patrons who stuck it out …’Inspiring’ and now it’s my turn!
This is a quality gym, with good workout facilities. I have been going regularly here for about a year and a half. Good fellow members and knowledgeable staff.
I usually train here about twice to three times a week. Great folks running this place. A good variety of equipment. Pretty chilled out gym and friendly too.
Feel so comfortable here with Kylie who is so friendly and always welcoming with a smile
The best gym I have been too Kylie and Stan make you feel welcome and are helpful I have found it to be a non judgemental environment and support if and when you need it
