It's been my local gym for a few years. Always welcoming and a great place to train. Utterly unpretentious and down to earth, caters for everyone.
The staff are very friendly and taking a good care of everybody. Its good during this covid time the staff has always priorities the well-being of their customers. I will always recommend CLUB PHYSICAL BIRKENHEAD to all my friends.
Light years above the rest. Friendly ,know your name, trainer sessions with new start up. Kids club, yoga , spin class, many many classes and helps. Dry sauna. On site physio of athletic professional standard. I am so happy there
Great gym with friendly front desk staff. Clean .... everything you could want. Not overcrowded.
