Story

CLH or Construction Labour Hire Wellington Limited is a Carpentry Specialist Labour Hire Company providing a premium level of Construction skilled labour to the greater Wellington, Hutt Valley and Kapiti/Horewhenua areas.
With over 10 years in the industry within this region we offer a network of highly experienced and motivated personal to a wide variety of construction areas. Our model is based on Progression (of our clients projects and contractors careers) as well as Retention & Longevity (of our business relationships and our Contractors).
We are NOT a temping agency rather a labour force specializing in highly skilled construction personal whom we train under our progression and review strategy.
Our Progression Strategy and Review Cycle is unique to this market place and is designed to provide a variety of training to offer premium apprenticeships and high level qualifications in the construction sector. It also develops self motivation & teaches self employment to all our contractors which in turn provides the industry higher skilled and independently motivated people.
We can offer short term and long term placement of our teams at a fair labour only rate or a fixed price tender. We like to provide our clients a long term partnership ensuring high productivity levels for their projects and a positive team environment on all their work sites.
And of course we are a business of evolution always researching methods to improve our service standards to our clients.
