Visited Clevedon Village Farmers Market around 9 am on a Sunday morning. The coffee was good, but one thing to note is their no disposable cup policy — you are charged an extra $5 for using their mug, which is refunded when you return it.
Great market. Not big but lovely produce. The honey, buffalo feta and sourdough is delicious. We then visited another market in a hall in the village where I bought a kauri board which is beautiful as well as fruit, different teas . Both places worth visiting
What a great market, one of the better well established markets in Auckland. Amazing variety of shops and lovely coffee. Great way to spend a Sunday morning.
Still like this place. Should have come earlier as I missed the bread. Had yummy juice and whitebait fritters. Seems to be more food and less of the local growers compared to 10 years ago. Bought some lovely cherry tomatoes and some clementine. Was hoping for some nuts.
The best place to go on a Sunday… loved the chocolates and food there . But I missed the fresh pasture raised eggs the lady was selling .. got it once but then never saw her again. If you are reading this lady or anyone reading this…please come back or let me know where can I buy some eggs from you?
