Went on an overcasting day and we have enjoyed both the sunshine and a bit of rain. Large umbrellas were in the filed so luckily didn’t get wet.nVery friendly staff.nIce cream is so gorgeous.
$28 per kg. $6 entry fee. Not allowed to eat while PYO.
Such a shame that there whole focus is now on selling icecreams ... went mid morning on a Sunday and there was no packaged fruit available ... only option was to PYO which is still $20 per kilo plus $6 entry - $26 a kilo for PYO is way to high. Fruit hasn't lasted well either.nWas only one staff member in the shop who was trying to make icecreams, weigh fruit of those who had been picking and charge those wanting to go picking - we waited probably 10+ mins to pay to pick and the same after picking so our 2 minute stop to buy strawberries turned into a 45 minutes very hot adventure.nThis was always our go to under the origional owners, but it has been ruined.
Fantastic sunflowers picking experiencennBoth my husband and I visited the sunflower field on 12/1/2024. Sunflower fields are stunning and beautiful.
Our fav go to for strawberry ice cream. Not overcrowded, love their waffles too. We get lil bit of strawberries picking on Wednesday, small but sweet. Love the environment and outdoor tables for customers to enjoy, kids outdoor friendly.
