Very nice luscious area, with well maintained stairs. I feel like they should’ve added another 6 to make it 1000 steps aha. Limited parking. Slight invasive bramble in the wetland area.
It is a good trail offering visitors either a very short 10 minute walk to a small waterfall or a longer 40+ minute one way summit walk. Please not the waterfall is too tiny and not suitable for swimming. The parking here is quite limited.
1000 steps to climb to reach the lookout point, quite an intense hike for amateurs, but with proper attire & a good pair of shoes will make the experience more enjoyable
Not for the faint hearted, SO many steep and narrow stairs. Was not prepared for such a hike. Everyone that passed us were in exercise clothes- knowing it is a tough hike.nBut it is a really pretty area full of native trees.nI couldn't find the waterfall- was too tired after the hike up to the lookout. I wonder if it was at the shorter trails/ walks?
The amount of stairs can be a bit intimidating but generally it is a quick and easy walk that can make you sweat. Just don’t forget to stretch before you start. It is not that hot even during a sunny day because of all the shade along the track.
