It is a good trail offering visitors either a very short 10 minute walk to a small waterfall or a longer 40+ minute one way summit walk. Please not the waterfall is too tiny and not suitable for swimming. The parking here is quite limited.
A very convenient mountain to climb or walk the dogs. 1000 steps uphill. Two different routes, one steeper and one is easier but longer. Very family friendly.
The amount of stairs can be a bit intimidating but generally it is a quick and easy walk that can make you sweat. Just don’t forget to stretch before you start. It is not that hot even during a sunny day because of all the shade along the track.
Firstly, there are many steps! So if you love a bit of cardio! Here is the place. It is in the shade so you would not get burnt. It is a dog dog-friendly place. On the top, I saw some kind heart put the water bowl for Little Four legs.nI give the hiking level here 3/5 .nLove it
We thoroughly enjoyed the Puriri Track, a meticulously maintained walking trail that proved to be an invigorating challenge. Ascending over 900 stairs, it provided an excellent workout and showcased commendable craftsmanship in its upkeep.
