Cleaver & Co Sylvia Park promises something special to diners: authentic BBQ slow-cooked over indirect heat from a wood fire, with the meat naturally smoke-infused and offered with a variety of specialty rubs. The décor will subtlety reference meat markets of old, and use materials that symbolize. Features include the smoker, the pit master, chopping blocks, marble, and peeling paint with exposed brick.
