Travelled back to our beautiful Aotearoa last week: Amsterdam - Doha - Sydney - Auckland. Laptop probably got a knock somewhere along the way, as the battery didn't fit properly and didn't charge. I couldn't get the battery out, so took my laptop to Karl at Clean Green Computers. Karl managed to take the battery out and back in within minutes. All good. And no charge. Great service, as usual!

Karl was incredible! I had a hard drive crisis where both my main hard drive and backup hard drive broke still don't know how I managed to do that! Karl was highly recommended to me and he managed to see me on the same day, not only did he recover the work on my main hard drive and make me a separate copy, he was able to fix my backup hard drive as well! He was kind, understanding and worked incredibly fast, I am truly grateful for his services and won't be going to any other repair service in Auckland, well worth the trip to Devonport!
Wanted to know if my laptop can be upgraded. Was told they would run diagnostics and given all the info about things could go wrong etc.....Paid $500 and it is still slow with no improvement. Not impressed.

My company used Karl to help support our Auckland network hardware, he managed several upgrades to hardware on the servers as well as troubleshooting our enterprise connections a couple of times. He was always prompt, professional and effective, completing the job and communicating any issues and completion of testing etc. thoroughly.
