Absolutely ridiculous and rubbish service. They haven't recovered damages and water bill costs from the tenant's bond for more than 2 years now and had not been responding. The rental property was extremely poorly managed. They auto deduct from the rent however fail to take care of the property. I've had no issues from the time I took over the property.
CGPM has been really good to deal with, they care about their clients. I have had some work done on my rental property recently and the communication has been great with Sarah Thompson always keeps me in the loop, quick to attend to issues that arise and finding good tradies to sort the issues out. When you don’t have to think of your property…that’s Gold
Clarke Group Property Management is hands down the best company in the Auckland to have your property looked after and managed. They have an amazing team and are always helpful and professional. Kishan provided us with guidance before, during and even after the contract was signed. They really do out the needs of their client first and I couldn’t recommend them more!

We felt was an excellent place to go to for all your property needs. Their process are pretty simple, the staff are pretty knowledgeable, cooperative and also are very prompt in their Service. I was dealing with Kishan & Sheryl and find them one of best Property Managers to deal with as they were extremely professional and at the same time were very kind,prompt and made sure the agreements were very clear for all the parties concerned. Excellent service. I interviewed a few agents for the letting of my property. Kishan provided a very professional approach to the letting and was able to tailor his service to exactly what I wanted. The ability for him to be flexible to my needs was paramount and Clarke Group was able to provide this and successfully found tenants for me and dealt with the credit and reference checks, tenancy agreement and bond. I’ve lived in a studio managed by the Clarke Group Property Management/StudioHomes team for two years now. The service from their property managers has been so good that I don’t really want to leave! Any issues I have are handled quickly and effectively, and even their maintenance teams are friendly! I would totally send anyone looking to rent a home or even have their investment property managed to speak directly to the team at CGPM!
I am extremely happy with the service and professionalism that I have received from Clarke Group especially Sheryl Khan who is the property manager for where I live. She always responds in a very timely manner and is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. She has made my stay so easy n comfortable.
