Dr Toutant is the very best "shrink" that I have ever encountered. She is knowledgeable regarding medications and self-care. She is kind, compassionate and brilliant. You really cannot find a finer more helpful Doctor.
I was so sad when I moved that I’d have to stop seeing Dr. Toutant. She’s very knowledgeable, and personable. And she listens!! Our sessions were half therapy and half diagnosing whereas psychiatrists in the past and now present for me were and are all about the meds.
