Good cars at affordable prices from Japan! Very friendly staff and great customer service. Went out of their way to cater for our needs. Most dealers buy from here and then sell for more expensive. Cut the middleman and buy direct from these guys! I saved a lot of money. Thanks Jan Japan and Team!
I bought a 2013 Nissan Leaf from Jan Japan Motors Auckland. I had it inspected by MyAutoshop as I live 500kms away from Auckland. I was really pleased with the care and attention Emilyn Sales gave to my requests and must say that Emilyn and the team were very professional. The car was good value with the extras that I wanted and when it arrived by trailer I was very pleased with the condition of the vehicle and the standard of the grooming. I was aware of the less than positive reviews, but my experience was superb. I would recommend them based on my experience. Well done JanJapan !
Called them twice double checked with them about the specific car I wanted to view, went there all the way from North shore, and they simply answered sorry car has been in complaince would be unavailable for weeks. And boss suggested me, there are thousands of cars in the yard go and have a look , so just would like to tell them there are thousands of yards as well in New Zealand when you call someone for specific car it's your responsibility to show them what they asked for. Even though the guy on reception was polite unlike the Main boss I guss.
All cars extremely dirty poorly presented inside and out. Low balls Trade in prices got offered 4K more at 3 other yards. Seamed like a very dodgy yard. Looking at the other reviews would recommended staying well clear of theses cowboys
Sent a trade me enquiry 2 x times on a car I was very keen to purchase with no reply. Then had a read of the amount of 1 star reviews and now I’m glad I never brought a car from them they sound very dodgy
We had a great experience at Jan Japan Motors. Goldie was very professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for him. We purchased a car for our daughter as a birthday present and he even arranged a surprise birthday cake for her, when we went to pick up the car. A considerate and thoughtful gesture. Thank you for the fantastic service! Highly recommend.
Don't buy from here, such a shady dealer they purchase cars with defects like rust, electrical faults, accident vehicles imported from Japan for cheap and fix them up with dodgy NZ registration & WOF. The defects show as early as a few months, I had a Nissan Dualis purchased here that had severe body rust, rust on brakes and patchy tires.
I had such an amazing experience at Jan Japan. Goldi and his team were always happy to help me find the perfect car. Even after my purchase Goldi helped me to solve any problems I had. I will be telling all my friends and family about Jan Japan and I look forward to the next time I go back for a second car : - They have earned themselves a loyal customer!
really disappointed with the services of JAN Japan. I bought a 2010 Toyota cost 10k, in January this year from them. At that stage, the stereo and camera didn't work but they were come with the car JAN Japan need to make sure they are working well when trading. The sales Gautam asked somebody to fix them for me with no cost. But the camera guy said need to replace the whole thing and asked extra $50 from me then changed a old-low quality-2004 year stereo for me and the radio is really unclear at night. Recently, the camera not work because of I tried to changed battery, as the sales suggested me to do it within a yearI back to the camera guy and he charged me another $40 for unlocked the camera for this time ONLY because the same problem will happen again and again when the car out of power or need change battery again. So I have to paid another $10 to get the unlock CD disc. I been told because its exceed their warranty period 3 months so its not their problem and the second hand thing no need a good quality and completely services. They just make sure you can use them for 3 months. I feel I have been set up and like eat a bug.
Fantastic customer service. Goldi went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the car and followed through with all the AA report recommendations before we picked up the car. We love our new car. Would definitely go back to Jan Japan NZ again. Highly recommended.
