Initially I was so disappointed with this gym, especially because it doesn’t have group fitness. But also doesn’t say it doesn’t have it. But I found Kara so helpful and friendly. Also there is a lady who does the cleaning and she is amazing. Brunette and with glasses. Those 2 women alone pushed the value of this gym way up. Amazing staff make a huge difference so thank you ladies.
Good cheap gym, lots of machines. Could have that lat raise machine but cables work. You can’t fully stretch lats on the pull downs if your taller then 5’5”. Doctor Mike says he doesn’t know what happens during the stretch, but it’s optimal for growth. And there is a lot of elderly men blasting TRT good or bad depends on what you’re into. And they need another peck deck.
Love this gym! Spacious, super clean, and always great vibes. The equipment is in top condition and the place never feels over-crowded. It’s got everything I need for a solid workout every time. Easily the best place that keeps me coming back for more!
Love this gym and the pilates room and workouts. Maddi is such a pleasant and inviting staff member. as somebody who was intimated to join the gym, Maddi's encouragement and inclusion has been a huge motivator. The gym is clean and tidy with staff always available and willing to help!
Good selection of equipment, well maintained. The cable machines can get busy sometimes. Good atmosphere
