Gyms clean and respectable good bunch of people go here but the equipment needs updating .. and needs more equipment..
First time going, at first couldn't find staircase and got confused but as soon as I found the stairs and went up saw a great gym and would recommend for others especially beginners as it has everything you need.
Good Gym, lots of equipment and everyone is friendly. Ridiculously hot in the summer, and ridiculously cold in the winter, but that's the fault of the building.nnNeeds a lying hamstring curl in place of the seated one though :
I had a disappointing experience with the management, who were rude and unprofessional. They interrupted my workout to confront me about an issue that isn't clearly stated in the rules. This lack of communication and respect really affected my overall experience.
