We have been getting our firewood from City Firewood for many years. They have always been very kind from office to delivery drivers. This year Leanne answered my many questions and then changed my delivery addresswork doesn’t want my 6 m of wood . The wood has always been great never an issue. Makes my life easier to know I will have great experience when I order my yearly wood.
Great service, quick delivery and very friendly staff. No question is a problem, and very quick response. Easy and quick to order. The wood itself is dry, clean and cut into an even size which makes great for stacking and also for loading the fireplace, burns great. Could not go wrong purchasing your firewood or fireplace accessories from this company. You have one very happy customer here and will always be purchasing my firewood from you. Thank you and keep up the great work.
I've been getting my firewood from CF for the past 28 years. This year I ordered 20 boxes of kindling also. Sadly upon opening a couple of these small boxes recently I'd found what would be better described as a small collection of irregular shaped scraps like you'd find at the bottom of a load when cleaning up. These are so bitty and scrappy that they are useless for stacking two across each way as is the normal/best way to get the fire going. I'm going to have to chop my own kindling now for the rest of the winter. Very disappointed!

I've been getting my firewood from City Firewood for a number of years now and have found the team there very helpful and friendly. The delivery drivers are very obliging, friendly and on time. I get semi-dry pine in Oct/Nov and stack it in my open air wood shed, so it is dry ready for the coming winter.

Fabulous kiln dried wood. A real mixture to make up 6 cubic metres. The lovely driver dropped it exactly where I asked and the actual burning is terrific! Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended AAA+++
We have dealt with City Firewood for 3 decades now. The quality of their wood is excellent - well dried, cut to a suitable size for a domestic wood burner & priced competitively. Their service be it the office staff, or the delivery people is also top notch. Will continue to use & recommend.
