Whilst the wait was extensive, two practitioners were lovely, even if it took over three hours to see them as a casual walking patient. What wasn't expected from the $210 fee! Yes, not a typo! This should have been disclosed at time of making appointment. Be warned if you don't have access to a bank vault!
Had a wonderful hassle free visit.nI enrolled when I got there and the receptionists were amazing, very friendly.nnI only had to wait roughly 5 minutes before the triage nurse saw me. She took me to a cubicle where I only had to wait another 5 minutes for a doctor to see me.nnI'm definitely pleased with the staff and enrolling with the surgery.
We were away for the weekend and had to take our 16m/o to city doctors on a public holiday. We could only say amazing things about the care and expertise we received here. From the receptionist, the nurse consult, the junior doctor then senior doctor for a second opinion and another nurse who gave a wee lesson on how to use the medication- all were outstanding at their job and made us feel listened to and respected. Thank you all so much for helping us and for the amazing work you do
Does not even deserve one star. A bunch of liars with terrible service. They said the price for the X-ray was RM190, but it was actually RM370. They didn’t even disclose the full price. Do not come here, seriously the worst establishment I have ever encountered in my entire life. Slow, dishonest, and absolutely pathetic.
I will be looking at registering with another clinic. The number of times I have to ask them for a repeat prescription and they get it wrong. I have had to go into the clinic to get it fixed to which one receptionist argued with me about it saying I was at fault. I’m glad I had email proof to show it was there cock up and not mine.nnThe receptionists are rude, the nurses don’t listen. They will try and give out antibiotics that I have a resistance too and then ask me why I’m getting shitty when they don’t listen. The whole place needs a shake up.
