Welcome. We are the Citizens Advice Bureau in Wellington.
Citizens Advice is a free, confidential service offering information and advice to anyone who needs it. You can call us, email or pop into one of our five offices in the Wellington region during our opening hours.
We are an Incorporated Society and registered as a charitable entity. We are first and foremost a volunteer organization – not a government one.
Our volunteers are from all walks of life and are trained to help you in a wide range of issues. Each year 170 volunteers handle over 25,000 enquiries in the Wellington area. Perhaps we can help you?
We can handle questions about tenancy, flatting, employment, consumer issues to name but a few. We are a first stop shop for your information needs.
