CinnamonHoney is centered around a simple concept: promoting these two natural and healthy products of mother nature, and the discovery and sharing of the wide range of uses and applications that they offer, either blended together or separately.

Story

We are a small family business based in Timaru in the South Island of New Zealand. Our business started as a passion project of Hazel & Gareth James, and now their four children are involved in the journey.

CinnamonHoney is centered around a simple concept: promoting these two natural and healthy products of mother nature, and the discovery and sharing of the wide range of uses and applications that they offer, either blended together, or separately, in different forms.

CinnamonHoney allows us to foster and promote a greater awareness of the beauty, and the plight, of nature (in particular, the bees that produce our pure NZ honey), and the importance of knowing the source and quality of the products we buy: certified organic true Ceylon cinnamon direct from sustainable producers in Sri Lanka.
