Excellent care for my mother. Very kind and dedicated team
I use to drop my mum off for daycare there Monday to Friday on my way to work and pick her up after work. This was a great help fir me. The staff is ever so helpful caring and friendly. They really cared for my mum during her stay there. The surroundings was lovely and their activities was great and my mum loved playing cards, talking with the residents there and participating in the activities. Mum always have lotsa stories to tell me. Great place.
My mum has been in this care for the last 3months ..she has caught covid last week, we trying to FaceTime or talk to her over the phone no one cares al they say is we are busy and short of staff, we are concerned about mum and really want to see hw she's doing.
Excellent service, and care of our mum. Staff is very helpful and caring.nnWould recommend to any one seeking care for their whanau in South Auckland.
A relative lives here. The staff are kind, helpful and friendly. They're also busy.
