The care in this facility is far below standard practice. A family friend of ours has been totally neglected during his short less then 2 week stay. Do not send your loved ones to this facility
Absolutely do not recommend this place! If I could give zero stars I would! Had a family member in here and she was neglected by them. It was an absolutely horrific situation, and I would not wish this upon anybody else!
This is a very excellent rest home with caring staff and good facilities. I would happily have my grandmother be cared by them.
Due to ongoing concerns for my mother in law's welfare and poor standard of care were forced in a short time to remove her. A Tauranga hospital visit confirmed our fears that she was being seriously neglected and according to Professional Medical staff at this Hospital was a classic case of neglect.
