Superb staff lead by both a compassionate and efficient manager and clinical manager. The residents are treated respectfully and kindly, no matter their state of physical health or cognition. I have been visiting the home for some time and am always made to feel welcome and listened to. The facility opened in the new building about two years ago. Its layout is conducive to social interaction or privacy, as each resident wishes. There is an activity schedule for 7 days of the week with very lively and imaginative coordinators. The gardens are park-like and well-maintained, with residents able to garden if wished. Cultural diversity is encouraged through celebrations and acknowledgment of different festivals and sacred days. I admire the work done by the staff to care for their residents. Thank you so much!
I'm sure this is a fairly new RHome...the place is clean spacious light, beautiful gardens..I could be persuade to live there...just visiting but was very impressed.
Have always enjoyed perfectly cooked fish, and seafood, and love the chips. Staff are always so polite, efficient and friendly.
Have been great looking after my Mum the best they can with her dementia, lovely staff nice grounds too
