Always loved visiting Chrysalis for different treatments, but unfortunately it looks like I need to find a different place. Lately all my appointments get cancelled last minute. Last time I agreed to go to Browns Bay branch - ok, not a problem things happen. But this morning I received a call an hour before my appointment to inform me my appointment is canceled again. No alternative time to rebooked. This is really disappointing

I go for the indulgence package, best massage ever, and the facial is Devine, they always put me o sleep! Lol

Had the best massage and facial I have ever had. Can’t wait to go back!  The team were warm and friendly and my treatment was personalised to my needs.  Absolutely exceptional, highly recommend.

My mother in law gave me a gift voucher for my birthday, I was excited to try a new place... but hesitant. I was absolutely blown away with the service at Chrysalis. The team are so kind and welcoming, I felt so comfortable talking about my skin concerns with the therapist with absolutely no judgement. I’m so excited to see how my skin progresses with Chrysalis and am very excited to go back!  The new space is beautiful and the rooms are a great size! My entire experience was wonderful from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough!

Best enzyme facial I’ve had! The fabulous Courtney at Chrysalis Whangaparaoa customised my facial and when I got home I realised my skin actually looked as good as it felt after the Enzyme! After visiting Chrysalis I always feel better; the care and professionalism taken by all the staff really ensures a quality experience. I highly recommend trying an enzyme out at chrysalis; it literally changes your skin for the better!
