Lovely stay, had a view of the runway and mountains. The restaurant has delicious meals and gluten free options. Thank you so much for offering that. The only minor thing was not being told the water was off at check-in, communication is key. Overall, highly recommend and would stay again. Rooms: Lovely and clean Food & drinks: Great meals
The hotel overall and rooms have such a nice aesthetic. Beautiful and clean! The location is convenient for the airport and for restaurants around the airport. The staff was friendly and my room was ready upon arrival at the airport. My only minor complaint was breakfast not being included, but I believe this is uncommon in New Zealand. I would recommend staying here if you are looking to stay somewhere near the airport! Also, the showers have a standard showerhead, as well as a rain shower. The rain shower was very nice! It was also extremely quiet and I slept well.
Literally just outside the airport so was perfect for our midnight arrival to chch. The cleanliness of the room has a bit to be desired. The shower had a big clump of hair in it from the previous occupier and the bedsheets had marks on them, maybe the cleaner was just having a bad day. The hotel itself is very modern. Rooms: I think the cleaner had a bad day. Previous occupiers hair in the shower, marks on the bedding. Modern room, comfortable with great wifi. Was nice and quiet although we were only there for one night and checked in at 1am.
Located just 1-2 mins walk from Christchurch airport. Really nice hotel and very comfortable rooms. We got the rooms facing the runway where we are able to see planes taking off. They have good sound proofing system. Fast check in and great service. Stylish rooms! Would recommend.Rooms: 5/5
The staff are all welcoming and helpful, especially James. The location and facilities are excellent. I was part of a team presenting at 2 day workshops. Staff set up the room just right. Food and organization were superb. IT access reliable. My room was very comfortable and clean.
One of the best venues we've used for our EoFY awards celebration! Great set up, plenty of space, and delicious food! The staff were amazing and always available on the day for any questions and really accommodating to our needs. We've had lots of really positive feedback from everyone on the day.Rooms: 5/5
Very convenient location. Walking distance to the airport, especially if you have an early morning or late flight to Christchurch. Hotel staff are very helpful and cordial. Love the rooms! Sleek, modern design and clean! Surprisingly, it was not as loud in the room as I thought it would be. You can also get a view of the airplanes taxing depending on your room location
Hotel located very close to the airport so best choice if you have to catch up early flight. Near to airport bus station too so you can go to the city easily. There's supermarket and restaurants so you have options. Overall we have pleasant stay.Rooms: 5/5
We had a very enjoyable stay. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant had delicious food for breakfast and dinner. Our young waiter for dinner was especially impressive, remembering orders without writing it down and the food and drinks came quickly. All of this and so conveniently close to the airport. We’ll be back.
Excellent place to stay near the airport. We were located in a room which overlooked the international arrivals/departure gates and we spent a while watching the planes arrive and leave, including the Emirates A380. The room was very well sound proofed so we hardly heard a thing. Air con in room was a little noisy though. Very clean rooms and very helpful staff. We arrived early for our book in time but the very helpful staff member Sam sorted out a room so we could relax. We would definitely recommend and if required will return.
