Chris McIntyre loves the world of real estate. With eight years of invaluable experience gained at another company, Chris has now aligned her business with Property Brokers Hawke’s Bay. This combination gives an overall package to clients, selling or purchasing, by being positioned with Property Brokers as the number one selling company in Hawke’s Bay. High activity levels, great systems and support, plus Chris’s skill sets, which her many satisfied clients will testify to, in her ability to get the deal done with the minimum amount of fuss. Drawing on a multitude of business skills sharpened primarily in banking, mortgage brokering and frontline office roles, Chris has the ability to assess her clients’ property needs and customise a solution for them.
“I am a good listener, and can astutely sum up what action is needed to enable my clients to realise their property goals. By taking the time to build a good relationship with my clients and to understand their perspective, the job of selling their property, or finding their dream home is streamlined,” says Chris.
Being closely involved in the whole transaction process from A-Z keeps Chris on her toes and her role does not stop when the paperwork has been signed off. Not afraid to roll up her sleeves and pitch in, Chris has even been known to help clean her clients’ home on moving day, giving new meaning to the extra-mile service she prides herself on. Fair, honest and upfront is the way Chris likes to work with her clients, and these are traits she has fostered and nurtured outside of work on the netball court, having being involved in Napier Netball for 27 years and now as a current Board Member for the new Hawke’s Bay Netball for the last two years. As a coach, umpire, player (yes, still), administrator and past president, Chris has devoted a large portion of her time and energy to the sport and she sees it as a healthy antidote to a busy real estate career.
