Great͏ understanding of our needs and matching that to the market We chose Matt to sell our house based on previous experience with Matt and the Powers Realty team. We were after a point of difference in a market that seemed crowed with the same sales approach and marketing material. We wanted our house to stand out from that as soon as we went on sale. This happened with prospective purchasers requesting appraisals before signs were up. We achieved a sale and the price we wanted from the first open home as well alternate strong buyer interest. A credit to the marketing approach and Matt working to achieve our goals. Would recommend Matt and the team to anyone looking to sell in today’s market.

Calm͏ and confident Matt and his team at Powers Realty were professional in their marketing and sale of my home. First͏ home buyers As͏ first home buyers, the process could not have gone any smoother for us with Nathan and Chloe ! Two years ago Sara Davis helped us buy our home  bidding on our behalf at the auction. Now Sara and Kane have sold that home for us and helped us to get our dream home. They are such a great team to deal with and now after dealing with them for 3 house deals we just wouldn’t use anyone else. They have  great knowledge and really understand the housing market. Professional͏ and Energetic approach Matt and his team took the bull by horns and set about doing what they do best. Selling houses. The house was reorganised and advice given on how to present it at it's best for prospective buyers. Matt's team looked at who they had on their books that were in the market and viewings were conducted on the first day. Photography looked great and the story and media presentation was top notch. Communication was key for us and Matt kept us informed all along the way. After 5 weeks the house was sold and we couldn't be happier with the result. A big thanks to Matt and his team.
