The food is nice but the lady on the counter was so ignorant that she was not listening the customer just doing the way she likes. There was a customer before me they had mix sweets box they dont few pieces the lady still put it when asked to remove she said its done now. She could have easily remove those pieces from box as she is the one who does the mistake. When i went to the counter she was moving so fast without asking what we need giving us wrong things. I wanted to buy more things to take home but i got annoyed by seeing her rushing things to serve other people in the line. They need to improve the customer service. Vegetarian options: Sweets and their home made stuff
Good quality 100% vegetarian food. Plenty of parking available as well. Lots of space inside the restaurant ideal for birthdays, engagement etc. The portion food served is sufficient compared to what other people are saying in their reviews. Toilet / rest room was clean too. Will visit again. Highly recommended.
Very disappointed. Staff is answering the calls and not serving properly. I called to order a few items, after asking few questions she sounded frustrated and said place your order online, when I asked her why do you want me to place my order online she replied ‘you should think what do you wanna eat first’ however we talked only for a minute. when she answered my call I told her that I want to place an order for take away and then she started taking my order but after a minute she sounded unprofessionally rude and told me that they don’t take phone orders. I have been visiting this restaurant for quite a while but after this I’m gonna think few times before ordering here.
Samosas are fresh but very bland just potato and salt. Giving 3 stars as you make it fresh but add more spices to the filling. Each bite should taste like bomb in mouth.
Service needs lot to be desired and so does the cleanliness. Quality of food though is what brings one back to this joint. Has become expensive though in recent times.Food: 4/5
Good quality samosas with tamarind chutney. Visiting this shop for more than a year and food quality is consistent and good. Best wishesFood: 5/5
Good Bhatury. Somewhat good choly. Quantity of choly is only sufficient for 1 bhatura. Customer service isn't up to the mark so on 2 occasion when I needed more choly, I couldn't find a waiter at all and I left. At one occasion waiter asked me to pay extra for choly which is ridiculous because they are not serving the right amount in the first place. All in all I would love to go back if they fix these things.
Ambience is okish and food wasnt so authentic as its located in papatoetoe n we expected food to be more authentic and flavoursome. Mango lassi was super sweet with no flavour n looked very pale seems like they added sugar. Even the butter chicken super sweet! Tasted more like a dessert! We walked into a restaurant where tables were dirty and weren't attended too till we left. Dirty Tissues were stil lying on floor n spillage as well. One of the ladies on counter had the same gloves that she was handling food with, money, and packaging. Which was gross and not hygienic at all for diners. Their waitress looked soo lazy and not interested as to what she was doing. Very slow and tired looking lady. You guys need to have a proper process around cleanliness and food handling. Just a bad experience, wont be coming back!
I will give it 3 stars because the customer service and ambience were okay. If we talk about food - we ordered Aloo Paratha, Chole Bhutre and Tea and I would say it was average.
2 because of the unhygienic place .The tables , Glass of food storage display was so dirty.The girl on front counter having her hair open behind and serving the food with same gloves she did not even change once she is touching every where around.The snacks displayed on table seem like thrown no management.Never go back place not even recommended
