Chocoballoon knows no boundaries for designs with passion to provide exquisite designs for all your occasions and celebrations, by creating designs to suit the theme of your events. At Chocoballoon, we are happy to provide our customers with high quality products, with affordable price whether for a wedding, engagement, new baby born, graduation.

We also cater for christenings, holy communions, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Easter, mother's day, father's day, Christmas and corporate function's.

By providing a unique & diverse range of designs. We make your occasion complete with a large selection of specially designed of balloons , bombonieres, chocolate bouquets, decorated chocolates, , accessories baskets and stands, and customized chocolate arrangements.

1.
Orders & Delivery


* A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required to place an inquiry to ensure stock is available.

* A deposit must be placed on account interim cost to start processing your inquiry and in order to secure your spot. We cannot proceed with your inquiry without deposit.

* The delivery is provided with special fee. The delivery fee depends on the distance to the venue or client’s destination. Pick up is available from our premises with no fee.

* All hired items, including stands, decoration items, trays are belongs to Chocoballoon. The client will be responsible to maintain and keep them in good condition until they are returned back to us.
If you fail to return back the hired items within 2 weeks, a late fee will apply.

* Samples (maximum two samples) are provided upon request with no fee.

2.
Cancellation

An inquiry can be cancelled at any time at least 10 days prior to the event and a full refund will be provided. Late cancellation are not apply.
