We had my son’s 3rd birthday here over the weekend and it was such a great experience. Everything was handled really well and I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. The party host Kaira was so attentive and lovely and made us all feel very welcome. The rooms was decorated nicely , the food was all out very quick and the kids had so much fun! Thanks so much! We will be back for sure :
I would like to say thank you to all the staff and manager who assisted me in my bookings and short noticed for additional guests, you are all lovely and accommodating. On the day of the party all the ladies who were working at the counter are all helpful. I missed to note their names but they're all helpful with a smile and accomodating. The lady went beyond offering help putting the cake to the refrigerator and she will bring it out before party starts since we went an hour before the party. Everything went well, thanks to all the ladies staff. Charlie provided excitement to the kids. You did a great job Charlie nI highly recommend this place for kid's party. All the kids enjoyed it. Mixed food for the kids is ok however it could be much better if the hotdog on the stick doesn't have spices as most kids didn't eat that, they ate chicken nuggets except hotdogs even the birthday boy didn't like it. Overall experience is good only with the hotdogs as most kids doesn't like spices added to their food, I think it's ok for older kids not 5yrs old and below. Kids platter is fabulous though. Kids ate them. Adults food like, pizza, hot food chips, spring roll, zamora,nuggets and adults fruit platter are all delicious and coffee is good too including a jug of juice.nA big Thumbs up to Whangaparaoa staff! Chipmuncks was worth it to go for my 10 month old he loved it. I will be bringing my eldest in the weekend.nnFood:nThe food & beverages are expensive but good so make sure to bring cash if you thinking of doing a lunch thing at chipmuncks.nnBathrooms:nThe bathrooms are tidy & they have a changing room for the little ones so I am so happy about this.nnPlace all up:nThe place is massive and lots to do so your kids will hate to leave
What a wonderful positive experiance with chipmonks. They are organised, professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to have my four year olds birthday party there!!! I will definetly be back and recommend them for anyone looking to host a party! Thanks guys
Everything was ok. Meals are fine, a bit pricy for a playground. Front desk lady was super friendly and helpful, but her manager looks oppressive and rude. He definitely needs to chill out because he’s in charge of a playland, not a rocket launcher.
