Staff are always lovely... its always clean and tidy... I only go in the mornings on a weekday to avoid bigger children - its always pretty empty. $18 is quite expensive per kid - and then the food is so tempting you end up paying for that too... and it's not cheap. It's a special event for us!
Had the best time with my 2 year old at chipmunks. Took him into the younger children's area and loved the fact it was gated and fenced in so no escaping the selection of things to do in this area were great for the age group and the slide was great especially being interactive. When it had quietened down we were able to go explore the older kids area which this part was super cool! Guttered that no adults allowed down the slides though but had a great time regardless. Will definitely be back for a bit of fun on a rainy day.
Thank you so much Chipmunks Tawa . I have visited twice in one week recently and the place was immaculate.this was leaning into the closing hours . So I could tell staff at the time give it the TLC it should have. As other chipmunks within the Wellington region are run down and need the care for hygiene I have now seen at Tawa. Keep up the great work you guys are doing amazing. From the front of house to the paly area out to the changing rooms I am absolutely impressed
Haven't been here in years and decided to treat my kids for the day. Kids really enjoyed it, nice and clean. staff are very friendly. The only downside for me was that I had 3 kids and entry was nearly $60 no family entry packs. No family lunch platters available so we shared a pizza and large fries got some drinks for the kids and a coffee that tasted like instant coffee. All up spent just over $115.00. definitely won't be going back if I have more than one kid for the day.
Super clean and well organised with a really impressive play area. The entrance fee is expensive but worth it in my opinion. There are even healthy menu items at the canteen, which is unusual at other indoor play areas. A great rainy day trip!
