I came to Chipmunks for the first time today and was so impressed by Aileen. Despite working on her own, she was handling customers, preparing food, and managing delivery drivers all at the same time.nnShe was friendly, bubbly, and always smiling, even while being incredibly busy. The positive energy she brings really stands out and made our visit such a great experience.nnI would definitely come back because of the atmosphere she creates. Give this amazing lady a raise, she truly deserves it!
Booked the private venue for our child’s birthday recently and everything went so smoothly from the day we booked it all the way to the end of the event. Communication and customer service was excellent, the playland and cafe set up was clean and the children had a blast, and the food platters were generous and great value for the price. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid venue for their kids. 10/10!
Consider relaxing your 'no food from outside' policy. If we were bringing in McDonald's or food purchased from elsewhere, I'd understand. But you aren't going to go out of business simply because my child ate a piece of fruit from home on your premises. As a child-oriented business you need to understand that parents pack food for their toddlers wherever they go, and might not want their kids to eat the burgers, pizzas, slushies, and fried foods you sell. Especially galling given we bought coffees from your cafe so it's not like we didn't spend any money here.
Great place for kids birthday parties. Fun and safe. Lots to do to burn energy. Lot of space to jump around. Great place for little ninja warriors. Food and drinks available.
We visited Chipmunks Playland & Café with our son and unfortunately had a very negative experience.nnAlthough there is a designated area for younger children, older kids were using the space without any control or supervision. Our son had an accident while going down the slide, hitting his head against another child who was running and climbing up from the opposite direction. That child appeared to be around 10 years old.nnThere were many older children running and playing in the toddler area without supervision, which put the younger kids at risk.nnThis was very concerning and, in our view, could have been avoided with proper supervision and enforcement of the rules. We did not feel safe during our visit, especially in a place designed for young children.nnSafety should be the number one priority in an environment like this. We hope management takes this seriously and improves how age-specific areas are monitored and controlled.
