I took my Grandson 5 Yrs Old to Chipmunks on Sunday afternoon at Chapel St Tauranga. He had a great time playing with all the other children there. We had food and drinks at the Chipmunks Shop which was very Good, including Pizza. The staff were very polite and helpful and their observation of the Wellbeing of the Children in there was noticeable. After 3 hour's of fun my Grandson was so happy to have had the opportunity to play there. Totally Recommended for children and families Note Kids need to have socks on, can buy them at the Chipmunks Shop which are Cool.
I recently took my little ones to Chipmunks in Tauranga and we had an absolute blast! This place is a paradise for kids, with a massive play area filled with tunnels, slides, climbing frames, and ball pits.nnThe staff were friendly, welcoming, and ensured our safety and comfort throughout our visit. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and designed with kids' needs in mind.nnThe kids loved the dedicated age-specific zones, which catered to their unique energy levels and interests. The cafe area offered a great selection of food and drinks, with plenty of seating for parents to relax and supervise.nnWhat really impressed me was the attention to detail and commitment to providing a fun, safe environment for kids. Chipmunks truly exceeded our expectations!
Very disappointing. 4 families enjoying the facilities. Waited over 20mins for coffee when nobody else had ordered. Coffee had a metallic taste. Tables full of dishes from those that had left before we arrived. Staff in no hurry to do anything.nSuch a shame as we've had pleasant visits in the past. Kids love coming but at the price it is now and service it will be hard to come back. Hopefully service is improved before then
My grandson attended a birthday party and it was so well organized. Very good for entertaining the youngsters
We recently celebrated our son’s 4th birthday at Chipmunks in Tauranga, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We purchased one of their birthday packages, and the entire afternoon went off without a hitch. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure everything ran smoothly. Our son and his friends had a blast, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Highly recommend Chipmunks for any kid’s birthday party.
