My grandchildren have all loved playing at Chipmunks, it's huge, it's warm but not too warm! with lots of freedom to explore all the nooks and crannies. Loving the upgrade, with new flooring, new activities and age appropriate areas. As a grandparent I'm confident they're safe and I love watching them play actively! Not bad coffee for grown ups either!
Very expensive for what you get, kids are constantly being told off, parents are no longer allowed to help their little ones up and down the equipment anymore apparently! Staff was so rude about my partner trying to get our daughter down, who was crying, he was told off several times. Food was not great for the price, would be much better if people were allowed to being their own food and drinks in for the price your paying.
The facilities were absolutely booked out and so busy, but the staff were working so hard to make everyone happy and there was no standing around. Nothing we asked was too much, and even when we had a last minute child turn up that hadn’t RSVPed it was no problem to add them to our party booking, and adding a place setting to the table. the staff were so helpful and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better day for my five-year-old son’s birthday. The food was great. The room was great. the whole experience far did my expectations. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone that was working today to make it special as they were completely run off their feet but still did an amazing job. Thanks again
Could really do better with meals the quality is not worth for tn price, got 3nuggets with munch meal and just few fries, when asked they said they only give 3nuggets whereas I got atleast 5 before, on the top the nuggets were overcooked and were hard to chew. Disappointed about food.
Our boys had a lovely time at the venue and the equipment was well maintained and clean. Unfortunately our 5 year old told us he was assaulted by one of the bigger kids in the ball pit. Said he was punched in the face and told to F$&@ Off. Unfortunately he only told us once we were in the car otherwise I would have spoken to one of the staff on duty. I’d suggested you keep a close eye on your kids when it gets very busy. Otherwise the boys really did have a good time.
Staff are lovely and fantastic with enforcing rules and keeping everyone safe! They also have a great range of allergy friendly cafe items!
Always liked this playground until one day a staff member came and told us we couldn't have our packed lunches here. I explained I have dietary restrictions and severe morning sickness but no care was given. Was spoken to like a child "better not see it out again" Very disappointed in this and puts me off coming again....
Had my granddaughters 5th birthday party in the fairy princess room an she an her friends had a great time. The staff of chipmunks were really great an done the room up perfect an bought the children there lunch right on time. We were allowed to add decorations to the room an put the presents in there b4 time so that was cool. The staff bought our cake into us wen we were ready an afta the whole thing they cleaned up. It was perfect Thanx to u all chipmunks staff
Visited on a Friday morning and was lovely and quiet. Lots of different areas for all ages and an awesome ball pit with interactive games. Nice food menu. We are visited from overseas and best soft play we have been to although first time in Nz the bar has been set high!
Amazing service from staff! They've re done the inside adding more slides and an interactive ball pit for kids, not sure who had more fun out of my partner or son. Our favorite place to take kids!
