We were a group of 16, and the rest of the tables in the restaurant were full too. We were there for all-you-can-eat chicken and sides. The food was great, we all loved every dish that came out, but I'm scoring it low because the service was slow understaffed maybe took a while for food to come out, and the waiters' customer service was not that great. We had to ask for things and food. At one stage, they forgot about us lolnThey should have had at least 1 or 2 more waiters on the floor to keep things running smoothly, offer drinks, top up waters and keep customers up to date.

100/100nThe service we received was above and beyond. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We chose the 90-minute Chicken Buffet with the upgrade, which came to $45 per person, and we were absolutely blown away. You definitely get your money’s worth and more!nnWe were seated very quickly and food came out very quickly, the chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and every side dish we tried was delicious. Also love that it’s BYO wine! nnIt was definitely worth the drive out, and we’ll 100% be returning. Highly recommend!
Very disappointing experience.nnI booked a table in advance, however upon arrival I was told there was no booking under my name. This immediately created an awkward start to the evening. After some back and forth, we were seated but then moved to another table, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsettled despite having pre-booked.nnThe service throughout the evening was extremely poor. The manager was rude and dismissive, and the young waitress was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills.nnWe asked for all of our food to come out at once, but this request was completely ignored and the meals arrived separately.nnWhen we asked for dessert, we were told they were “too busy” to do desserts but that they would double check. No one returned to update us, and we were left waiting with no communication.nnOverall, the experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. For a paying customer who booked in advance, this level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing.
First time trying the ‘all you can eat’ with family who have previously visited. Each flavour of chicken wad delicious!! My favourite was the wasabi mayo & original. Great value for $35pp I didn’t managed to get pics of the other sides.nDefinitely will be coming back, very fast service and friendly staff
