Today 10th October 2022 at 13:00 Requested by a STMS Management Representative to manage the traffic flow removing / guiding / unlawfully parked heavy truck construction vehicles on my private property at Silverdale and the answer was: “Not my job to fix the traffic and the breaches of the Road regulations that not my concern at all” If this is the professionalism of the STMS Manager I can imagine the level of competence of the Traffic Controllers. Jeeez Chevron do something about it. Subzero Customer Service, dull attitude, and zero professionalism. That’s same person blocked my driveway in the morning at 08:00 while texting inside her truck to someone while laughing and obviously didn’t even realised that’s she’s blocked my driveway too until I went on her door and knocked on her window. Luckily I have CCTV and everything is there. If you see her run run run and don’t even bother to talk to that lady. Useless 100%.
Never come across such terrible traffic management! So bloody rude as well. Let's wait for a massive crash!
