Comme demandé, en 4ème photo, la couleur de mes cheveux faite par mon précédent coiffeur 1 mois avant de venir chez vous. la couleur était bien sur moins joli avec les lavages quand je suis venue te voir+ repousse racine, mais en aucun cas de violet ou autre. On m'avait recommandé ce salon et convaincue par les avis j'ai décidé d'aller refaire mes racines j'avais une couleur blond venitien/roux clair et souhaitais rattraper mes racines qui étaient brunes. Après 1h d'attente j'ai demandé à ne pas toucher mes longueurs juste rafraîchir la couleur et éclaircir mes racines uniquement. Au lieu de ça Vanessa m'a fait une décoloration complète alors que mes cheveux le sont déjà et je suis sortie orange avec une démarcation en racine.
