We are passionate Kids Party andl Event Planners based in Auckland. We specialise in organising and coordinating ALL the details that go into an event.

We ensure every detail is taken care of so you and your guests are free to enjoy your special day.

Our team will arrange all the party hire items, tableware and decorations. We can provide a team to clean up at the end, organise the Caterers, suggest a Venue, set up a Candy Buffet and so much more.
All our events are different and unique, just like our clients, so you can be sure of a look and feel that reflects your own style.

Whatever your situation, if you simply don't have the time to organise your kids birthday parties or families social event, the team at Cherry B will arrange everything that goes into making your party stress-free and enjoyable.

WHO IS CHERRY B EVENTS?

The "B" in Cherry B Events stands for "Blossom". I was inspired by the beautiful cherry blossom tree as well as a Message my Pastor preached at one of our Church Services. It was about the rod of Aaron spoken about in the book of Numbers. The blossoming of the rod spoke of "Fruitfulness" and as it was the same time I had been thinking about starting this business, I decided Cherry Blossom Events sounded like the perfect name and by God's grace, this business would be "Fruitful" and make a difference in people's lives. Our goal is to make your life easier by taking the stress off you, giving you the opportunity to enjoy your event, have fun with your guests, and build lasting memories with those who matter to you.

My name is Cassie and I simply love organising! The excitement of planning an event and the reward of seeing my clients light up when all the little elements come together, is what drives me! With a strong background in the Corporate Events and Media industries, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and a Graduate Diploma in Event Management, I have developed the skills and experience necessary to create events that exceed expectations. I cannot do anything without my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and also my amazing husband. Shafiek will most probably be seen in the background, working hard, coordinating our supplier partners. His commitment to high quality and attention to detail is second to none. He is a perfectionist, and is great at interpreting my creative vision.

As a mum of 3 , I understand the stress that comes with planning your family and social events. Life is busy, but we love to Celebrate. These are precious years and you want to remember the big moments.

Cherry Blossom Events was recommended to me by a family friend, and I'm so thankful they did! I hired a day-of coordinator for my August 2022 wedding through their company, and it was the best choice I made for my wedding. They were professional and knowledgeable, but super friendly and easy-going. I worked specifically with Gretchen, and she was amazing, even going above and beyond for us. I can't think of enough wonderful things to say about this company!! If you're looking for any type of wedding coordinator, CBE is the company to go with.
My daughter recently got married and hired Gretchen from Cherry Blossom Events as her day of coordinator. We could not recommend Gretchen enough. She was an amazing help throughout the panning process as well as on the actual day. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s wedding was perfect. Thank you so much to Gretchen and her assistant, they were a joy to work with.
We hired Cherry Blossom Events for day-of wedding coordination & I am so happy we did. Madda started working with us ~2 months before our wedding day, to help us make a detailed day of schedule & make sure we had details in order. Day-of, Madda was a rockstar. I was able to focus on just getting ready & knew that decorations & vendors constantly arriving at location were being handled.
I highly, highly recommend using Cherry Blossom Events CBE for any event planning needs. We purchased the "Day of Coordination Package" from CBE for our wedding day, and we could not have been more thrilled with the service we received. We were assigned Meghan Daly as our planner, and from our first conversation, both my husband and I agreed that we were in great hands. Meghan is communicative, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. We had two in-person meetings with Meghan before our wedding. She was kind enough to attend our meeting with our venue The Edgewater about three months before our wedding to discuss our wedding timeline and vendors. We then met with Meghan about two weeks before our wedding to finalize the day-of details. Throughout those months, Meghan was hard at work preparing a wedding guide that included all the day-of details you could think of timeline, table compositions, rental items, vendor arrivals, etc.. She was great about keeping me on a timeline for tackling any open details. On the day-of, Meghan did a wonderful job of ensuring that each vendor was where they needed to be and that we remained on schedule. As the initial point of contact for any issues that arose, Meghan brought my husband and me so much peace of mind on our wedding day. Additionally, Meghan, her assistant, and daffodil*parker our florist worked together to set up our reception space at The Edgewater, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. We also contracted CBE for tear down services, which we were so thankful for after a long day celebrating. Lastly, I want to include that my husband and I needed to make the heartbreaking decision to postpone our wedding twice due to the pandemic. Each time we postponed, CBE was extremely accomodating and understanding, which was so appreciated. Overall, we loved working with CBE and Meghan!
Madda did a great job. Very professional. Cool under pressure and handled everything smoothly. Glad we had her at my daughter's wedding!
