the store is pretty good staff are helpful. The doorman is very friendly and helpful. He is great at handling any situation coming to him! 10/10 bro.
Taupo is quite a small town, so I thought the Chemist Warehouse would be quite small. I was very surprised by how large it was and how comprehensive their range. Everything there, plus helpful staff who can look up a parallel product, if they don't have the exact same brand name.nVery pleased.nThank you Chemist Warehouse.
It’s not like us to leave a negative review, but my mum had the worst customer service experience at this store. Prior to Christmas she purchased a bottle of perfume which was broken, and when she returned it within an hour, the lady in customer services accused her of dropping the bottle and wasn’t going to exchange it. My mum was humiliated by the way this person spoke to her in front of a line of other customers and found the experience quite traumatising. This person urgently needs retraining in customer services, or perhaps a new job that does not deal with lovely locals. Two stars because your products are still generally ok.
Very busy store over Christmas but staff were very friendly. A particular staff member Kieran what a lovely young lady. Soo positive and helpful went out of her way to assist me and made a hectic time very pisitive even though store was extremely busy.
Worst pharmacist I have ever seen. Two worst experiences. Needed a medicine for my daughter and wanted a recommendation so ask him if he can help. He out to a shelf quickly and ignored me even after I was there to ask him If this is the right one. Second time It took them 1/2 an hour for a prescription and there was only three person waiting there. So busy talking.......
