It’s not like us to leave a negative review, but my mum had the worst customer service experience at this store. Prior to Christmas she purchased a bottle of perfume which was broken, and when she returned it within an hour, the lady in customer services accused her of dropping the bottle and wasn’t going to exchange it. My mum was humiliated by the way this person spoke to her in front of a line of other customers and found the experience quite traumatising. This person urgently needs retraining in customer services, or perhaps a new job that does not deal with lovely locals. Two stars because your products are still generally ok.
Worst pharmacist I have ever seen. Two worst experiences. Needed a medicine for my daughter and wanted a recommendation so ask him if he can help. He out to a shelf quickly and ignored me even after I was there to ask him If this is the right one. Second time It took them 1/2 an hour for a prescription and there was only three person waiting there. So busy talking.......
Yesterday went instore and was discussing a product with my partner as it was priced differently online and in the mailer we’d received. A lovely woman name Santa overheard us, approached me and asked if she could help, went to clarify the price of the item and apologised for the confusion, she just did that little bit extra to make my instore experience a positive one where many others would ignore me and leave me to chase them. Thanks Santa, you’re an asset to your team :
Came here to get some hydrocortisone cream for my 4 year old daugher who had an eczema flare up while on holiday. Went to the pharmacist to get some advice as we usually get doctor prescribed cream for her and encountered perhaps the WORST pharmacist ever. Had absolutely no interest to engage or offer any help. Had to call him 3 times before he even bother looking at me. Told him I needed some hydrocortisone cream for my young daughter and he just directed me to the aisle where the cream were. I tried to explain that we usually get doctor prescribed ones and he didn't even bother responding. As all the pharmacist in the area was closed, I had to get something from the aisle and when I when back to check with this rude person he just look up for a second and say the cream was fine. Such horrible service! If you need medication, this is definitely the last person you want to talk to.
