Yesterday a girl wearing scarf from dispensary helped me to treat with a wart in a very polite and graceful manner. she had explain every step and carefully managed 2 more poor people who were seeking advice on their medical illness. Thank u lady now my son's feet is absolutely bang on.
Made me late for important appointments.nA script that was sent to you on 22/02/2026 was not ready to be picked up on 26/02/2026.nAnd then you said I already picked up and then back tracked because you had your dates wrong.nBad, bad customer service.nJust not on at all, then I had to wait 15 minutes for your arrogant staff to get it done.nMedication should have just been ready to be picked up and go, it's as simple as that.
Friendly and helpful staff. One of the people I was traveling with sprained their knee. We were able to pick up some affordable crutches so they could continue to participate in all the fun activities around Rotorua.
Security guard wont let me go inside with my registered Therapy dog and emotional support dog. We have been in there heaps of times in the past and my dog has been a star with the staff and other customers and never been a problem.nI suffer from severe anxiety...without my registered therapy and emotional support dog beside me I literally have panic attacks...so thanks chemist warehouse not letting me in to get my meds which I need because ive run out. You guys are awesome
Extremely busy. Staff very helpful and knew where all stock was located in store. Friendly and helpful. Heaps of choice as usual.
