Always competitive prices. Staff are helpful when they're not busy up a ladder restocking the shelves. It is a smaller store, so they don't have all the products advertised on the website.
Very disappointed in this store today after purchasing a product that was differcult to establish without removing from packaging I returned to exchange for the next size within 1/2hr with receipt and it was a NO from them because the packaging was open. From a company that recorded a 500million dollar net profit last year to exchange a product that needed a tiny bit of glue to seal back and obviously had no use I find this really appalling. Heaps of smaller companies treat customers better. Yes you are getting abit of a discount on items which is great but service wise, sadly lacking.
Very crammed in isles with staff stocking shelves and customers trying to get through. They also didn't have a few things i was looking for yet other CW stock.nStaff weren't bubbly and friendly throughout the isles.

Absolutely terrible service by an extremely rude South African lady at the counter, this is the second time I've been served by her and both times she was rude, if you can't give customer service lady don't work in customer service.. Chemist Warehouse it's not a good look for you, I won't be back and hope people read this and do the same..
