Visited Chemist Warehouse for my flu injection and had a wonderful experience. Alaa was the one who administered the injection, and she was extremely kind, professional, and reassuring. She made the whole process easy and comfortable, and her friendly attitude really stood out. Thank you, Alaa, for such great service
Had a mixed experience at Chemist Warehouse this morning. One male staff member ignored my greeting, and when I was waiting for my items he told me, “You may move to the next counter.” I found his manner quite cold and unfriendly, which made me feel uncomfortable.nnFortunately, another female staff member was friendly and helpful. She assisted me and changed my experience.
Came into the store the other day and this lovely fellow Sam greeted me and helped me find everything I needed throughout the store. This interaction made my day and will be coming back to this store many times in future.
If you purchase something you didn't realise you already have then attempt to return the unopened item, apparently it has to be within 7 days I attempted within 14 which does not accommodate people who are unwell or have other commitments. Absolutely disgusting and wasteful. Non-cosmetic, non-pharmacy medication. Standard item.
Chemist warehouse Silverdale will never give you a paper bag and try to sell you $2 bag, I have been to several other chemist warehouse shops and they give you a paper bag, at no cost. Their head office even advised they should be doing. But there manager even says no bags available. Poor service
